We believe every good book deserves another chapter.
Our books are sourced from suppliers, charity shops and members of the public, giving previously loved books the chance to be discovered and enjoyed all over again.
Choosing pre-loved also means you’re helping keep perfectly readable books in circulation rather than allowing them to go to waste.
Your next favourite book could already have had a life before it found you. ❤️
📚 WHAT CONDITION ARE THE BOOKS IN?
All books are pre-loved and have previously been read.
We carefully select our books, and they are generally in good to very good condition. As with any second-hand book, there may be small signs of previous use.
We don’t simply fill the calendar with books we can’t sell – we choose books we would be happy to receive ourselves.

📚 WHAT IF A BOOK IS PART OF A SERIES?
You may occasionally receive a book that belongs to a wider series.
Where this happens, we make sure the book can be enjoyed as a standalone read, so you won’t be left wondering what happened in the previous instalments.

🔄 RETURNS & REFUNDS
Because the books are intentionally selected as a mystery, we cannot offer refunds simply because you’ve already read a book or don’t enjoy the book selected.
If you need to return an order for another reason, please contact us at blinddate [!at] lostandbound.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
Buyers are responsible for return postage.
Please make sure all included items are returned with the calendar. If items are missing from a returned order, we may only be able to provide a partial refund.
