Since launching on Etsy in 2022 and expanding with our own website in 2023, the time has come for us to say au revoir—for now.
Over the past few years, the Blind Date with a Book market has become increasingly saturated and, combined with rising costs, it is unfortunately no longer viable for us to continue with this side of the business at present. This isn’t necessarily goodbye forever, though. We’ll be reviewing things regularly and hope that one day we’ll be able to return online.
In the meantime, you’ll still be able to find our Blind Dates at events across Stockport and Manchester in partnership with Metis Bookshop. Be sure to follow our social media channels to keep up to date with where we’ll be popping up next.
We’ll also continue selling second-hand books online through Metis, so please take a look at our eBay shop—you never know what treasures you might discover.
Finally, thank you for your support, encouragement, and purchases over the last few years. Every order, message, recommendation, and review has meant so much to us.
