• All three books are pre-loved and have previously been read and loved.
• Your books will be selected from your chosen genre unless you choose Tilly’s Choice.
• Our books are sourced from our suppliers, charity shops and wonderful members of the public.
• You may occasionally receive a book that is part of a wider series. If this happens, we’ll make sure it can be enjoyed as a standalone read.
• All books are generally in good to very good condition, although there may be minor signs of previous use.

Because this is a mystery selection, we can’t guarantee particular titles, authors or editions unless specifically agreed with us before ordering.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Because the books are intentionally selected as a mystery, we cannot offer refunds simply because you have already read one of the books or don’t like the books selected.

If you would like to return your order for another reason, please contact us at blinddate@lostandbound.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost of return postage.

Please ensure that all items included with the order are returned. If items are missing from a returned order, we may only be able to issue a partial refund.
