📖 The Books

• All of our books are pre-loved and have previously been read and loved.
• Your book will be selected from your chosen genre, unless you choose Tilly’s Choice.
• Our books are sourced from our suppliers, charity shops and wonderful members of the public.
• You may occasionally receive a book that is part of a wider series. If this happens, we’ll make sure it can be enjoyed as a standalone read.
• Books are generally in good to very good condition, although there may be minor signs of previous use.

Because this is a mystery selection, we cannot guarantee a particular title, author or edition unless specifically agreed with us before ordering.

Our Young Adult Blind Date boxes are suitable for readers aged 13–18.

Young Adult books can cover a wide range of themes and genres. If you have any particular preferences or things you’d like us to avoid, please let us know when ordering and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

If your Blind Date book is a gift for someone, simply add their first name only in the notes at checkout and we’ll personalise it for you.

All books have previously been read and are generally in good to very good condition.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Because the book is intentionally selected as a mystery, we cannot offer refunds simply because you have already read the book or don’t like the book selected.

If you would like to return your order for another reason, please contact us at blinddate@lostandbound.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost of return postage.

Please ensure that all items included with the order are returned. If items are missing from a returned order, such as bookmarks or other included items, we may only be able to issue a partial refund.
