At Lost & Bound, every order is lovingly handmade to order. Please read the information below carefully when placing your order, particularly if you need your order by a specific date.

Please note: the following applies to Blind Date Books and does not include our Advent Calendars.
Processing Time
Our processing time is 1–3 working days.
This is the time we need to prepare and handmake your order before it is dispatched.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping – Royal Mail Tracked 48
Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days
Upgraded Shipping – Royal Mail Tracked 24
Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days
Please note that upgrading your shipping does not mean your order will be processed sooner. All orders are handmade and will still require our standard 1–3 working day processing time before dispatch.
If you require your order for a particular date, please allow plenty of time for both processing and delivery. You can also mention your required date in the Order Notes at checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Our Advent Calendars require additional preparation and are handmade to order, so please allow 7–14 working days for processing.

The shipping option selected at checkout determines the delivery service after your order has been dispatched. It does not affect our processing time.
As all our products are handmade, please allow the appropriate processing time before calculating the expected delivery date.
We recommend ordering as early as possible if your order is required for a birthday, Christmas, anniversary, or other special occasion.
